We are committed to protecting the privacy of our users, including teachers, administrators, and coordinators. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and secure your information when you use our services.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information necessary to provide and optimize the lesson planning workflow:

• Account Information: Name, email address, password, role assignment (Super Admin, College Lead/Movematics-Lead, College Admin/Principal, Teacher), and institutional affiliation (Organization/School/College).
• Lesson Planning Content: Lesson plans, drafting logs, learning objectives, schedules, templates, class levels, and subject areas created and submitted on the platform.
• Workflow & Review Data: Feedback comments, revision requests, approval statuses, template configurations, and activity logs.
• Kinesthetic AI Data: Text input processed by our Kinesthetic AI engine to classify movement-based learning suggestions and recommendations.

3. How We Use Your Information

Tech-Movematics processes user data strictly for educational and service delivery purposes:

• To host, run, and maintain the lesson plan submission and review workflow.
• To provide Kinesthetic AI recommendations that suggest psychomotor activities to enrich curriculum objectives.
• To facilitate access control and multi-tenant security based on assigned roles (Super Admin, College Lead, Teacher).
• To generate historical compliance timelines, analytics, and overview reports for educational leaders and administrators.
• To troubleshoot application performance, resolve support requests, and send system updates.

We value your trust and do not sell or lease user data to third parties. Information is only shared under the following conditions:

• Within Your Organization: Lesson plans, comments, and statuses are shared between Teachers, College Leads, and Super Admins of the respective institution to facilitate administrative reviews.
• Service Providers: We may share data with vetted subprocessors (such as cloud hosting and database providers) who operate under strict privacy compliance agreements.
• Legal Compliance: We may disclose data if required by law or to protect the safety, rights, and security of Tech-Movematics and our users.

5. Data Retention & Security

We employ industry-standard administrative, physical, and technical measures to secure your data from unauthorized access, loss, or alteration. All connection requests are encrypted using Transport Layer Security (TLS), and databases are protected behind secured firewalls.

Account details and lesson plan records are retained for as long as your educational institution has an active subscription with us, or until requested otherwise by the Super Admin/Organization movematics-lead.

Depending on your role and regional laws, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information. If you are a teacher, some requests to remove lesson plan records may require approval from your Organization's administrator (College Lead) to satisfy local curriculum retention laws.
